pls note that after these awesome noodles. chung chugged 7 beers. and went on remy...patron...goose rampage after that. of course we did have chip wars inbtwn where chicharones and beef jerky was thrown btwn from and back seats. and oh yea. a soda exploded too. so the next day...i had chicharones all over the back of my suit because of residual crumbs on the seat from the night before.
on sat we had thien thanh...amazing banh cuon....then i can't really remember eating at the wedding. 'cept this squab. we ended up at some mexican place after. my flautas stunk. the shrimp was a good idea....but not fresh.
fish sauce comes in iced tea containers...
this sandwich was soo good after a nice 30 min nap.
asian weddings have 10 course meals. my first vietnamese 10 course meal. but too busy with the remy. however, this squab was "AMAZIN"
i dont know how we ended up here after pravada....
