"i just want to let you know that i think you are in very good place in your life spectrum even though you may think otherwise.  you've come along long way to get here....u can only drink yourself into oblivion so many times before it becomes evident there is more better things to do...there's more to life than blurriness..."

"guys are easy....girls just know how to refine things..."

"i was definitely not expecting this.  (cozy intimate private room dinner with tons of food)...i thought i was just going to come here eat a little bit of ham and get wasted."

we smuggled the ham....and threw a dinner at nickel & diner.

i don't know how she does it....but everywhere we go...we get upgraded...like seriously upgraded....call me mr ibrahim anytime...we tried to get other people to come hang out and enjoy the view, the room, the free  champagne...but ended up just taking selfies on the couch....

we voted...and then i spent the day third wheelin' at tanger...

it was my first time there....and i spent a whole day staring at the prices of everything that i bought full price earlier in the month.  an italian themed american outlet conveniently situated closer to my house than the mall is filled with mall stores at half price and then another 30-50% off the ticketed price.  seriously...GAH.  its still bewildering how much shit people can buy...and stock up...and want....its bewildering how much america caters to every specific niche of holiday or hobby or theme or design or cartoon for people to spend money on...and hoard....and turn into junk... (i stared at corn kernel removers for 5 minutes today....)

god this was an amazing moment/instaphoto.....
it took 3 hours to get here but i guess when u're 24 years old you could care less for this and would rather go clubbing and go shopping...

we made our own snapchat costumes...chomos rainbow puke just looks like a rainbow dick....hahahaha....

happy birthday ivy....

i was hungover and not up for a strenuous hike on saturday.  but we went with skanders recommendation to hike the red trail at dia beacon...i thought we were just going to walk around a zero elevation park...see some foliage and head back to the car....instead...i ruined my shoes hiking a mile up over rocks and dirt.

"divergent" photo...

beacon rail station....

hudson river...

there used to be a casino up here....

f*ckn steve!!!   i saw steve last week and while having drinks at his apt...we got talking about his wedding...(already booked for hawaii next year) and then about his nyc trip....(running the marathon sunday)  and then "oh yea...i probably have to propose as a formality in nyc.  and since since our mutual friend kevin was there...(whom steve and i helped hold a banner while he proposed...but now divorced) i jokingly said to borrow the banner...so dre and i could hold it up while steve proposed....that joke ruined me.  i left taiwan....came back to the states...and a week later...amanda comes home all angry about me not ordering dinner.  somewhere in the mix and throughout the week....i realize she is coordinating with dre for steves proposal....(flowers, photographer, banner)....so my gf...who is awaiting her own proposal...is now planning a proposal for my friend...wonderful.  thanks steve.  btw.  congrats.
