facial

working out has definitely helped the hangovers.  it's probably also helped curbing weight gain from alcohol calories.  unfortunately.  it's also given rise to increased consumption.  anyways.  during my time spent in asia, i grew accustomed to cheap spa services and for a person who never really liked getting massages, i started going quite frequently.  massages are addicting.  and 9 usd for an hour, it's just such a great place to pass the time @ the airport, @ the hotel etc.  it was a habit of my boss' that we go to massage in btwn day drinking and night drinking.  or just after drinking in general.  a massage completely helped u sober up, or at least not make u so useless the next day.  there were times i didn't think it was necessary for a massage.  therein began my obsession with facials.  facials actually helped me sleep better.  i slept better during the 90 mins of facial relaxation with steam and gunk applied to my face.  they'd only lightly massage my neck and shoulders which was completely sufficient for me.  however, no matter how good the facial is, when u're hungover, doesn't really help the pain.  which was the mistake i made this past friday.  i spent my friday the 13th in hell.  it was the culmination of a weeks worth of hell i put my body through.  i got the microderm scrub upgrade.  remind me.  after a night out.  a massage is probably better.
