CRISPY ROAST PORK

i made crispy roast pork.  the first time i did it without a tutorial and it just ended up EHHH.  this time, i followed the recipe.  and it turned out quite well.  a day in advance to salt and drain the moisture out.  and then a not so tedious basting baking process that works pretty well.  the homemade version renders more fat, hence a more higher propensity to burn but still good.  but it begs the question, why go through all the work when you can just buy it.
