isn't it cool when your friends open up restaurants?  and located in the heart of chinatown in that scary alley in the 80s of gangland, today it boasts the trendy apotheke and the rebirth of chinatowns oldest dim sum tea parlor which is now the proud owner of mae and wilson!!  which...i think also has the best roast pork buns!!

modern chinatown roast pork bun filling is the color of RED DYE, gooey and sparse on the meat...however, this filling was naturally dark red from soy marinade...not gooey from corn starch and sauce but dense with shredded meat and flavor. something about the bread was different too. better...i want one now.
