expansion and growth is tough for any business. there are so many things to consider. hiring the right people. developing the right people. handling risk. corporate structure etc. if just one of these areas is left un-tendered there is a lot of retroactive turmoil. what had so much potential for organic growth, has turned into a shocked xiao-qi style of forward progress.
