tough month

mood effects blogging.  and 2 weeks of some serious rollercoaster-ing of emotions, it's a diff feeling looking back trying to pick through that days angst and rather grasping whats really at hand here.  which is summed up as....seriously, this has been a tough month for me.  it's 4 days from september and what have i done?  NOTHING.  to which dan replied: 1. u learned korean. 2. u reset your noonchi meter.  that pretty much sums it up.  1 step back to go 2 steps forward i guess.  that conversation was a continuation of saturday mornings burger and fries.  that not so secretly turned into a mentoring session.  i was indeed mentored.  and i was indeed feeling refreshed.  by midday saturday, i had talked enough about feelings and was ready to conquer the world.  that was saturday.  then came monday, where i met up with the other cho.  u know when he's drinking wine...there's something really really wrong

"u've been slighted."

after 5 drinks of complaints...."so...whats good in your life?  lets focus on the good things"  long pause "my golf game is good.  hole in one."

"life must suck if all you can do is reminisce about a hole in one" - ACHAN

"im going to start telling people it was mini golf.

"can't anyone be un-miserable?"

i replied "ryl? vick? pack man jones? g w bush? pretty solid guesses on happiness"

"misery. im gonna go golf in the hurricane. hope i get hit by lightning"

alex -i think im gonna bring this look back. denim shorts. karl kani. black hi top kicks
