a few years ago i remember my ex boss saying "starting a small business is the easy part. growing it to a mid size business is the hard part"...today's conversation is "the tough thing about your own company is to take a management role or be a trader. where do you draw the line btwn management and trader?"...and my own conversation is "stop pitting us against each other...it's an outdated form of motivation...give us our comms. that works better."
