happy new year! i called my mom to wish her happy new year. the usual banter between mom and i. except now she asks about 有沒有女朋友？ and this time she asked...louisa 呢？ louisa 男朋友作什麼？ OMG!!! so then i called hue i to tell her. miss tsai asks who's on the phone. huei i says alex. miss tsai is confused, doesn't know which alex. HAHAHA.
and tada!!! looky below...oh i'm getting good -- crab over cheung fun. thai steamed fish. perfecto. when your cousin is a seafood guy...u get everything air flown in...FRESH.
螃蟹， 腸粉， 蔥， 大蒜，油，麻油，魚露， 糖，醋，醬油。。。assemble like picture above. steam according to crab size.
魚露，醬油，糖，蔥，薑，大蒜，米酒，香茅，檸檬，marinate. steam.
