for me, knowledge of nutrition is great.  but the real key to fitness and weight control, weight loss really all begins with exercise.  my mesomorph body type requires exercise.  and my lifestyle will not allow the occasional "drinks" to go away.  i'm pretty proud of myself that the past 2 nights post drinks i ate nothing.  absolutely nothing.  the last time i had that kind of resolve was probably 2010?  i really let myself go...hahaha.  and finally im' showing control all due to the increased exercise.  increased intensity. plyometrics are back in my life.  and i just finished a 5 mile run (with uphill hike included).  better energy.  smaller appetite.  looser pants.
