eataly - il crudo
this was unexpectedly delicious. i wasn't even paying to the menu. the crudo wasn't bad. but this sandwich. sauteed shrimp on top of a chicken sausage patty inside a toasted ciabatta roll with a SPICY garlic aioli that dripped all over your hands whenever you touched the sandwich! it was SPICY with specs of chili, it was perfectly spicy for me and surprisingly spicy for american clientele. it was damn good. heavy, so we shared. tasty cuz i finished it all. and unfortunately for the crudo, it came out first.
