  • 50 push-ups
  • 50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
  • 50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
  • 50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
  • 25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps
1st time : not timed (sets of 10)
2nd: 43 min (sets of 12)
3rd: 38 min (sets of 14)
4th: 34 min (sets of 15)
5th: 33 min (sets of 17)
6th: 29 MIN!!!!! (sets of 17)
