i looked at the map and it said 29km. other riders said they did it in 2 hours each way. for a 5.5 hr ride. i figured we'd do it in the same...while we were riding, i figured we'd do it in 6. and with an out of shape cousin in tow wanting to enjoy a slow ride...it took even longer. diabetics really need to control their sugar levels or a ride like this...will make them cranky, pale, pass out, faint...gps doesn't really work well for bike paths...it was a 9 hour day on the bike. knees hurt. butt hurts. but 50km for the day on a youbike....eating only a slight breakfast. one bite of a snickers. water. a tea. and this fried noodle sandwich concoction to carb up before the ride back...
