"the black blob doesn't want people to know where she is" - jf

i've never been to buvette before and it's a great place.  not a place u trek out for, but a local most comfortable bistro experience i've had since paris.  great ambience.  new york hospitality.  tasty platters and great coffee.  (it's got a nice smell to it, the perfect balance of food/coffee sans the overwhelming waft of sizzling butter and bacon at most american joints).  the village is always packed with midday patrons sipping on wine or coffee and typing away at their apple products that look so cool.  so we titled ourselves writers for the afternoon but rather than type, i ranted about korea and she got me up to speed on the "limbo period".  it's a tough period, i know cuz i'm numb to it since i seem to live in it. so cheers and good luck to miss hot shot.  i know you'll be fine.  =)
we both miss nyc.  cuz nyc spoils you.  i grew up here, went to school here.  and i'm accustomed to having everything thats best in the world at my fingertips.  we can come back to nyc and complain about overpaying for ethnic street foods but to just have a smorgasbord of food options here is just the tip of the iceberg.  nyc offers a buffet of personalities that exist in few places of the world.  "all you need is one, but you're hard pressed to find that friend abroad that can straddle groups like you can"
