its a good thing we did not go to the after party. cuz we passed out immediately. and with one more day left and the first sunny day in nyc for the spring...we made the best of it...I WANTED PIZZA....pulino's for lunch. it felt my first meal of the week. then they kept taking us to more bars....and as much as i avoided drinks....i ended up downing wines at the country club and then sleeping over in esther's suite and drinking a ton.
esther, your dad looks like a korean george clooney. that salt and pepper hair look really works for him. and he's very well put together. did he loose a ton of weight too??
yea...he takes retirement very seriously.
i fought drinking all day. passed out on the van to dinner. and woke up refreshed to start with a huge monster glass of whiskey. to follow that up with consecutive one shot glasses of wine with esthers dad. and then dom p. that got it started cuz we went back to the hotel room just to hang out. jwblue. dom 1993. dom 2003. all while esthers telling me calm down on my bougie stories....cuz...
"hey...which pasta sauce do you want?"
"just get the most expensive one.."
HAHAHAHAHHA....
"did you know the chinese make fake eggs?"
"aren't eggs cheap as it is?"
"yea..."
"esther spends way too much on eggs..."
"12 bucks for 6."

and so we woke up to this for breakfast...
off to spain!
