eat fresh

eating for one is an issue.  prepping cooking cleaning and eating is just not an equation that makes much sense for one.  buying food for one is also not that appealing esp when price health and convenience is a factor.  so what happens then is the depressing value meal for one that is the entree soda side combo that turned out to be subway tonight.  and then for a foodie like me, there's something sadistic about eating depressingly bland meal while watching the cooking channel and shows like "the best thing i ever ate".  watch, bite, chew, swallow, wash down, watch, watch, wow, i want to try that, look at ur reprocessed chicken breast, bite, chew, swallow, wash down, try not to think about what you're eating, reach for the hot sauce to add any bit of flavor, then look up and see someone deep frying doughnuts and then another making homemade bread, then someone smoking their own bacon.  and then u take another bite of that subway sandwich.  sadism?  yea just a little bit.

which brings the idea of eating right.  in the end, it really does seem that the formula is simple.  burn more calories than u take in.  so really, i should just stop drinking.
