i've always been in awe of the korean business man bc the korean business man is, without hesitation, "all in".
there's something about the way korean people do business, where their mentality is able to risk everything to swing for the fences. I never understood why my high school friends' parents were renting their houses, where all their money was vested into their business. where they'd risk all family assets to throw into business. regardless of their die hard work ethic, the big returns comes also with big losses as the country's political and financial history has proven. I've seen american bullish traders take positions, but even then, they ask for 2nd and 3rd opinions on scaling in their risks. their korean counterparts...don't ask twice. all in means all in.
indicative?
