overpopulation can kill a city.  pollution, sanitation, overly crowded, traffic etc.  china, india, indonesia...culprits of overpopulation.  and so when they close of jl sudirman on sunday mornings for exercise enthusiasts...it makes jakarta seem not so bad.  tho when i ran it...it was torrential downpour...still cool nonetheless.  with upcoming elections and the mrt construction...this rotary usually takes me 30 minutes to go around.  this mornings run took me 2 minutes to go around...
