the dog culture in taiwan is quite amazing.  without much hoopla (like hyori in korea)  taiwanese people are very pet friendly.  stray dogs are treated as part of the community.  domestic dogs aren't leashed on the streets and it's amazing that dogs are allowed in supermarkets and restaurants.  there's no disturbance, there's no problem, there's no hygiene issue, the only thing issue is that they are so friggin cute.  man's best friend.  멍멍!  i want my own =((

oh yea...the food at 黑武士 is pretty good too.  get the noodles.  =)
