can you do soba totto and aburiya all in the same night? and then back again. it was the kind of effort needed to see people that you have known forever but your lifestyles have diverged through time. people you love, people you care dearly about but u still live the life of a frat boy and they have grown up and become wholesome beings. how long can u expect (urself) a jaded person talk about food food and more food. that conversation is 15 years past it's peak. and how can one not immediately get wasted within the first hour and a half of a meal...all while listening to others turn down drinks. and how can one be the center of attention of some night from a year ago and then lead the same crowd to a new location? it's tough work, yet maturing-ly needed. inversely, one can argue that the stories of debauchery get old, however, it's the married people that love my stories of singledom the most and it's these same people that make ur life legitimate. they add a barometer of comforting stability that i abuse. kudos to those who stay friends with me. well done.
happy birthday tat!
his biggest vice is "he put on a little weight and still wants to eat that 2nd porkchop"
"without planning i just sat down and played a couple of chords and suddenly i had this whole song that was a retelling of not so much of what i was doing on that great night but the idea that it was important to embrace the memory of it and recognize when something important is happening..."
