did i mention that i have food log? and i write down every morsel of food i ingest. of course when it comes to nights out. i just write "lots and lots of drinks" ketel and soda's. and shots. patron. patron. and i've cut out late night binging. i may cook it. but i don't eat it. imagine reading what u're intake is all week? it's a site. yesterday. i jammed 3 slices of pizza down my throat. carbin up for this weeks running and saturdays 10k nike run. if i take in no carbs. there's no energy to run. y can't i just use the caloric joules from alcohol? or do those only have enough energy for u to pin girls against the wall. haha.
