4 miles too much.

i've thrown up from working out too hard.  but that was when i was out of shape.  nowadays...im not out of shape...there just may be something wrong with me.  i did 4 miles. then proceeded to do a circuit of....4 flights of stairs...20 plyometric pushups and 70 lounges. that was followed by ketel bell swings down the hall and back.  another sprint up the stairs.  then another ketel bell swing.  after that. we did. dumbell presses.  curls. lat pulls. triceps. ketel bell dead lifts. hanging leg lifts. 5 sets. i made it through 3. my face went white.  mister trainer had to get me amino acids with apple juice.  i was dead.  yes i have issues.

there's a reason i spell kettle...ketel.
