what are you doing this weekend?
i got a pork belly sous vide that's been going for a day....a house warming tomorrow...a trip to mitsuwa tomorrow and stopping by to see a friends baby after that....
and just like that...a weekend passes...and moderation ensues....
its hard to plan for debauchery...and if it's planned...it's too contrived...and i dont want it....so what then?
