it's beef patty grilled, then deep-fried to be re-heated, then butter-flied to apply more seasoning and re-grilled. a half a slice of cheese is then placed in btwn the butter-flied patty and closed. this patty grilled cheese is then placed upon another griddle on top of an egg that's been morphed into an elliptical pancake. at this point, mayo, special sauce and some other seasonings are applied. the edges of the egg are folded in to make an egg/beef patty crostada before being placed upon a toasted/buttered bun.
