3 guys on the side of the road, in running gear, trying to hail down a cab.....must be the laziest site ever...so here goes a 5 day crash diet, workout, detox week before saturday's wedding. my left knee is swollen from 8 miles in macritchie park and my fridge is stocked up with fiber fiber and more fiber. i plan for less alcohol this week only to overcompensate over the long weekend. we'll see how stubbornly disciplined i am....
when the words "love" and "jakarta" are put in the same sentence, it really gives your life some perspective.
