reunion!

before miss tsai goes into surgery...she gets a haircut. hahaha...very cool. it all happened very fast. mom looked very sad and worried at alexia's wedding...and when i saw them in taiwan...one doctor visit turned into next day surgery....it was a success though. 90% of the pancreas removed. doctor was a bit crazy coming out of the operating room dangling the removed parts to show the entire waiting room...but in good confidence and success. get well soon!

while shrimp was in the hospital with mom....i spent a lot of time with anny...eating...EVERYTHING.

And do they strip raw chicken or cooked chicken off the bone?The bones must then be sterilized?? A dishwasher full of bones must be eerily mesmerizing. And then do they manually jam the bone into an already cased sausage or do they case the meat tightly around the bone?
