five years ago, my office was on wall street, so i spent my hangover lunches sneaking off to dora's apartment to nap. and on one of those afternoons, after i woke up from my nap, she went off to the hospital and gave birth to jillian. afterwards, on hangover days, i would nap next to jilly. i snored loudly, jilly snored softly.
four weeks ago, i stopped by chomo's place to say hi. after i finished my sippy cup of vodka and soda, i moved onto three large whiskeys. then i went to play with dylan. he got so excited he peed on the couch. michelle waddled around in pain. chomo was on wife duty and wasn't allowed to drink. after my drink was done, i left for dinner. by 730 the next morning i got a text...."it happened, i'm a dad"

one week ago, i went to visit lewis and about to pop with twins lisa. we had a pre- independence day blast chugging beers, grilling, hanging by the pool and singing karaoke on the ps4. lisa was doing quite well and decently active, while we just hung around getting shifted around the apartment. i half expected the twins to pop out the next day as i drove back to LA at 6am. but it didn't happen until the due date.
