我喝水就會胖。。。that statement is true-er than true.  my new years resolution was to start working out again and eat more vegetables.  after 9 months of sporadically working out...i've gotten in somewhat better shape and yet haven't been able to shed any weight.  and so this time, with 3 weeks to go till the triathlon, i upped by workout.  i started running 15 miles.  i started doing 2 a days.  i started swimming more consistently.  #trainingfornothing or #trainingbecauseimsingle or #trainingcuzimfat
