A Taiwanese production company founded by Next Media (壹傳媒有限公司) is working with a Taiwan-based TV station on a well-funded reality show project featuring the life of young, adult Taiwanese in New York City.  The company is seeking Mandarin speaking TAIWANESE men or women ages 18-30 who want to share their “INTERESTING” and/ or “CRAZY” life in NYC.  A camera crew will follow you and capture your everyday life. 

 

It doesn’t matter whether you are a student or working at a “COOL” job or working toward your dreams in the big city of NYC, all are welcome to apply!!!

 

 

CRITERIA:

 

o   MUST SPEAK MANDARIN CHINESE!

o   Taiwanese American or Taiwanese currently living and/or studying in NYC!

 

 

Please send a photo (Face shot and full body shot) and a resume or short note about yourself.  Also, tell us why your life in NYC is so interesting and why it would interest other people as well. 

 

This is a paid position lasting approximately 6 months.

my cool job is that i facebook @ work all day.  i travel about once every 4 weeks.  so unless ur budget can handle LA and the SLS on a random weekend with the camera man.  i suggest you put your taiwanese money away and find the producers of the jersey shore to pump more money in. 

yes i speak chinese.  and i speak a broken shmorgasborg of about 5 other languages/dialects....all learned from karaoke and binge drinking.  so as a pre requisite to you guys, please learn the following....82 mah shuh! joo goo leh!.....WOULD YOU PLEASE...TKCHO.....etc etc......it's a necessity the camera folk also join on the festivities...but NO TOUCHING.  im irresistable and it would be unfortunate if i had to press charges on the male and female crew.
