too bad this is actually the jersey shore and all that the two star crossed lovers find is a petrified jean jacket. disappointed in their meager find, the two toss the jacket aside and engage in a staring contest which lasts deep into the night....

....8 hours in, the two continue to stare at each other...their faces lit by the pale blue light of the moon and stars....both, with stone cold determination refuse to look away.

Michael asks his still faced lover, "how are you able to do this for so long?"... Read More

Michelle replied, "thats what she said, son."

The two laugh and embrace, conceding to a tie. In holding each other they realize just how cold it had gotten. They look around the boat for something to warm them up and find nothing...until they come across the denim jacket they found earlier in the day...

...the freezing couple, upon realizing they still had jean jacket, mustered up whatever energy was left after the 8 hour staring contest and huddled under the jacket using it as both a tent for warmth and an unsaid metaphor for their unyielding love pushing each others bodies closer and hearts closer..."preventing hypothermia" as they put it. in ... Read Moretheir frozen haste, they did not realize that this was not the same jean jacket they had thrown into the sea earlier that day...their judgement impaired by the love or the cold, and under the full moon and under the stars, the blinding sparkle of this bedazzled jacket got lost in the haze of the night....

as the two lovers fell asleep, this jacket, with origins from the magical denim slums of bandung, indonesia, cast a mighty spell over the two....
