再興燒臘 - JOY HING is indeed JOYOUS.  of the two to choose from, i chose the non michelin starred, hole in the wall, packed to the brim roast goose joint in wan chai.  3 plates of meat...two bowls of rice...and a lot of chili sauce...for a midday 3pm snack FTW!  （they say the other joint is less oily...but nothing a little champagne by the pool didn't solve afterwards)
