bbq's are a big part of my summers. we no longer hold spring break in the yard...the relays are gone...but we still drink. the menu is no longer as blatantly gluttonous but the quantity is still there. we've just refined menu items to better fit the crowd. we've graduated beyond burgers for a few years now and now it's about perfecting the grilled fish head, the chinese roast pork. gado gado has replaced regular iceberg salads and even my pineapple cutting skills are at an efficient and presentational pace. it's still a great time. and it's always going to be home
