the healthy train perpetuates itself. as you get more fit, you get healthier. you ween off fatty foods, vices etc because you tend not to want to waste all the hard work you've put into working out. and so i started eating oatmeal...and i started eating steamed sweet potatoes and i've started eating salads...if you eat so much vegetables ur body starts getting really hot and i start to sweat....and all this hard work...is only sustainable until u have that one night out...and u start back at square one...
what would kate moss do??? she'd take the stuff you find in your fridge...(oh mom)....and she'd get hungry after eating subway and go for more veges....
