the soft voice....

i karaoke a lot....and i hear a lot of songs for the first time from my friends singing it. and i'll say "that's a good song who sings it?"...
so then i head home and DL the song, only to hear the song sung with the preferred asian lackluster soft voice lacking personality and feeling...and the karaoke version is the same as the album arrangement which totally doesn't do the melody justice!
