How do Photo Comments work?

"**Comments are not available in all countries**"

basically, since you set your location to "Taiwan", friendster blocked your control of the photo comments.  if you were to set it to "United States", you'll be able to allow photo commenting.

i guess they really don't allow chinamen freedom of speech huh?  hehe =P
