sorry guys...as i've explained in the previous post...the past week has been one huge blurr..."excess"...no pictures of my birthday (probably smart of me not to bring out the camera cuz i'd probably lose it)...big thanks to jeff/jason/frank/david for taking me around everynight....till macau or back in taipei for chinese new years...whichever comes first...

yesterday i ran for over an hour, and my feet started to blister. bahhh!!!! whenever i reach the 6 mile mark or so, my clothes start chafing and i start getting annoyed by random pains. still trying to get used to it.....
