the celebrity chef fad~
as the millenium opened its doors to the idea of cuisine with an renowned author, and foodtv as my number 2 channel viewed (#1 espn), every weekend i give way to sustain my aspirations for homemade iron chef...
i put the deep fryer back to work this weekend but this time to make a shellfish boil!....pool wasn't opened, and the grill is being replaced next week so the butane burner was a great alternative to try something different....bought some oldbay seasoning and added some spices etc...potatoes, corn, lobster, clams, shrimp...dumped it out on newspaper table.....finger foods galore....changed the water pot to the mini OIL pot for some deep fried chicken and tofu....*burp*....since we didn't have one of those fanatic picture takers around there are no pictures of the food....duH~
finished 24 - season 2.
got that flipping "fanta song" intermixed with the latest "g-unit" jam on the radio...*egad*
highlights: frank's face....pictures of those will definitely go up.
