"alex, i just want you to know. you send me the worst specs"

"u wont take a free excedrin but you will take free panty liner"

there is no hope for humanity.  that's the general feeling after kirsty continually barrages my messenger with links of kids killing kids and burning the bodies and putting ashes in paint cans.  and then there's the other stories of kids killing parents for not allowing them to throw a party.  burying them in the backyard and throwing the party afterwards.  then there's the guy in brooklyn that abducted a child and severed him and threw bits of him in his fridge.  or the other one where a brother was shot over a parking spot.  that's the kind of depressing news thats all over the media that gives zero hope for mankind.  and so when i saw the crazy neo nazi rampager in oslo norway....on top of the amy winehouse dead news, i bbmed kirsty with an OMG.  norway and winehouse.  to that she replied hours later...

"i just realized what you meant by norway and winehouse.  I orginally thought u were talking about the £ and his drunkeness.  but yes, omg to both things."

and with that comment, it's an even sadder fate that really, the hope of humanity is very thin.  as things for me in this 9 to five routine have turned for the worse.  everyday has become this entrenched passive aggressive battle of hate.  real hate.  it takes a lot of energy to hate, but apparently they've done it. and they've found me as their target.  it's amazing.  and upsetting.  and a lot of other things.  there was a time where there was so much potential.  having wishful thinking go away is acceptable.  having realistic goals shattered is also acceptable.  but how does neutrality turn into something that's become negative?  hate? really?

"hi is the asshole there?...do not talk to those who do not respond to emails"

ciosty left.  that has got to be a huge slap in the face to your ego.  whether u need her.  want her.  cuz you ain't that much of a cool thing for someone with easy job parameters to stay.

Supper is where polpettone kingpin Frank Prisinzano—of southern Italian Frank and Lil’ Frankie’s fame—sets his sights on the rest of the boot. The crowded, convivial space is decked out with wooden communal tables, a bustling open kitchen, and floral-pattern plates that evoke Sunday supper at Grandma’s house. The real attraction, though, is what’s on those plates: an herby minestrone Genovese, perfectly thin veal Milanese, a luscious chocolate-hazelnut panna cotta, a daily risotto, and bollito misto on weekends.

it was good.  dark quaint.  rustic italian food.  good for small groups.  good for a date.  cash only.  good for sunday night dinner.  burrata soft. meatballs ok.  watermelon basil salad tasty.  lemon spaghetti, ragu tagliati could have been more al dente.  osso buco was rich and tasty. go back?  probably not cuz thats just me.  but you should go back.  i'd go try frank and lil frankie's.

"你們都不知道。。。我在美國什麼事都要自己做" - that is my mom's favorite line on the phone. in person.  out to dinner.  talking to friends.  so at every moment at home, i take pictures of her.  she can make a nice collage of what she does at home.  costco 3x a week.  home depot 1x a week.  shopping.  exchanges. returns. senseless buying.  gardening.  washing the dishes. checking her email.  washing the cabinet.  spraying the patio.  she can send this all into 蘋果日報。。。they'll do an expose on the REAL 楊燕。
