todays menu. bee hoon! or mai fun or mee fun. BEEE HOOON! haha...it's fun to say. shrimp bee hoon w/'semi-homemade' chilli sauce, winter melon and pork bone soup. some chinese vege. if only i had some chitlins to throw in too.
adding the fried shallots in soup adds a whole other dimension.
made some shrimp stock with the leftover shrimp shells. i think we're gonna have some tom yum goong tomorrow.

the winter melon soup looks cloudy. how are you preparing the stock? chop some cilantro and throw it on top...extra smell-good =)

hey i was thinking about getting a pearl (the red one). is it good? do you pay like an extra $40 a month to get unlimited data/texts/etc? do you have cingular? sorry... just had a lot of questions.

about the research, im doing it for a medical communication course. i started with healthcare provided for incarcerated women, then same topic but in federal, then same topic but in texas' federal, then narrowing it down even more to a race. i chose black american not due to subjective reasons, but objectively since they consist of almost half of the imprisoned women population. im actually doing the research with 2 other black american classmates...the deeper we get into it, the more sickening facts become. crazy.
i have the pearl, too. i think it's so easy to use. what problems are you having with it?
