keens steakhouse is terrible. for all the great steakhouses in nyc...and people raving about how keens keeps it classic quick and delicious....i feel keens is really a huge step below the benchmark for new york steak, peter lugers.

pretty darn good....didn't think the meat would be as tender. and the ingredients are an umami bomb. beef, prosciutto, sage, parmesan, simmered in tomato sauce. the longer u simmer the better.
